How long does it take to process an order?

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We prioritize online orders and sometimes even ship the same day if you place your order early. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Understand we are a team of humans with human hands and brains doing the best we can.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 and offer flat rate shipping of $4.95 on all orders below that.

What about shipping?

We ship CapaBunga products domestically and to most international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in the Northeast you’ll get it in a few days, if you live in Hawaii or further afield it will take longer. We ship the most affordable way and the fastest. If you select a specific mail service, we will comply with that request. You will receive tracking when your order ships and you’ll normally receive it in 2-8 business days. Once you receive tracking it means the goods have left our warehouse. We’ll be honest, USPS tracking isn’t as robust as FedEx tracking so if it says something has been delivered and you don’t have it, it’s best to check with your neighbors. International shipping takes longer.

We quote Custom order delivery times on receipt of the order but generally speaking they take 4-6 weeks minimum.

Local Pickup

Sometimes we can accommodate local pickup at our offices in Calfornia but we do not have a full range of products at this location. Please call or email Elizabeth to check if we have what you’d like and available times to pick-up.
