Gooey Queso
Who doesn't love an ooey, gooey Queso? We NEVER use velveeta but to be honest it's the best way to get this kind of texture.
Ingredients
8 oz block Velveeta diced | 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese |
2 jalapenos finely chopped | 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
14 oz can diced tomatoes drained | 4 oz whipped cream cheese |
1 small yellow onion diced | 1 Tbs garlic paste |
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese | 2 1/2 tsp taco seasoning |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese | 1/2 tsp salt |
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Add all of the ingredients to the Cheese Vault for soft cheese and cover with lid.
3. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and stir.
5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes uncovered.
6. Remove from oven and stir again and serve
